Rear window grilles are punched from a single sheet of steel and when fitted provide
a proven deterrent to theft from vans. Van Style security grilles and blanks are supplied
in a light grey polyester powder coated finish.
Tools You Will Need To Fit This Product:
Electric Drill / Cross Head Screw Driver / 3.2mm Drill Bit / Pliers.
If your grilles have bendable tabs use the pliers to bend the tabs (only enough to fit the bodywork).
Then carefully Drill into the bodywork through one of the tabs and fix with a self tapping screw supplied.
Then press the grille close to the glass and drill the rest of the holes and fit the rest of the screws.
NB: Do not bend the tabs the wrong way as they may break off when bending back the correct way.
Always wear safety glasses when drilling .
Always be aware of wiring looms etc when drilling
